00:11 Standard image boxes
00:24 Dominating the images on the image vertical
00:48 Practical tip: How Noraville Green pushes photos around the web
Content with images is more interesting and appealing to the user’s eye. For a local business that sells plants, Google’s image search results are highly important, and Noraville Green have nailed that on their Brand SERP.
Their image box is filled with relevant, consistent and high-quality photos which are mostly from their business. Going to the images vertical, which for many brands contains a ton of mixed, inconsistent visuals, their carefully crafted photos still dominated the results 🙂 Groovy!
More about managing image boxes in this clip 😉 Watch until the end!

Hi and welcome. I’m Jason Barnard. I’m the Brand SERP Guy and today, we’re looking at the Brand SERP for Norville Green, who are a plant nursery in Australia. Now it’s a fairly typical local Brand SERP. On the right-hand side, you’ve got the local business listing and you’ve got some reviews and then some bluelinks.
And then at the bottom here, you’ve got these image boxes, which actually look very good. As you can see here, very standardized, very relevant and very good quality. And what they have done is to have great photos taken professional photos, and they’ve pushed them out around the web. Broad Sheet, Hunter Hunter, their own site in fact, The Urban List, which I can’t even say. And what they’ve done is pushed them out and got these people, these sites to use the images and actually cite them as being from this particular site. And I looked at a few earlier on, and as you can see, very good quality standardized across all of the different places where they are present.
And that is how they’ve managed to get these great image box. Thank you very much and I’ll see you soon.
