Chefman is an American brand of small kitchen appliances which is very popular so looking into this product’s right rail, I expect to see a Knowledge Panel. However, Google shows a See Results About with a company name and review stars! Quite strange.
What appears in the See Results About is a business listing from RJ Brands. Hmmm, not so groovy! For a popular brand with a lot of product variety this doesn’t look professional. The good news is there is a solution 😉

Hi and welcome. I’m Jason Barnard. I’m the Brand SERP Guy and today, we’re looking at the Brand SERP for Chefman.
Chefman is apparently an air fryer. It’s a range of air fryers. As we can see down here at the bottom related searches, all the different air fryers. So it’s a major product in the US, at least.
And it would seem to be, there are lots of different varieties, but I didn’t want to focus so much on the product Brand SERP. I want to look over here on the right-hand side. Now I’m in New York, as we can see here. And on the right hand side, I see, see results about with reviews, which is strange because I expected this to be a knowledge panel for the manufacturer.
And in fact, it’s just a local business listing. And that for me, from manufacturer of a major product like Chefman, that’s incredibly popular with so many different varieties, for me, this doesn’t look professional. This isn’t a great Brand SERP. And one of the reasons that it isn’t such a great Brand SERP, because they don’t have a dedicated website.
They use the Chefman website as their company website. So one suggestion perhaps for RJ Brands would be to create a corporate website to start dominating this Brand SERP for a search on the company name, as opposed to the product.
