How to Claim a Knowledge Panel for a Movie – Wake up Dreamworks 😉

One of our favorite movies is not paying attention to their knowledge panel! Up-to-date information about How to Train Your Dragon in the knowledge panel is extremely valuable to users and only the owner can do so (Wake up Dreamworks !). But of course they have to claim the knowledge panel first. Here, I’ll show how Dreamworks can claim this knowledge panel.

Kalicube’s #DailyBrandSERP July 26th 2021 presented by the Brand SERP Guy, Jason Barnard.

Transcript:

Hi, today’s #DailyBrandSERP, How to Train Your Dragon, a wonderful cartoon and a wonderful Brand SERP. We can see some people also ask there at the top. We’ve got lots of information in the knowledge panel. We’ve got a review from IMDB and we’ve got some trailers. We’ve got some critics reviews. We’ve got some people, audience reviews and other great related family movies.

Now I’m a fan of cartoon. So that obviously pleases me, no end. Interestingly enough. The right rail is longer than the left rail, which is quite unusual, but that’s not what I’m going to talk about today.

And you’ll find out lots about that. Now, what’s interesting here is they can claim the knowledge panel and that would give them some control over the information that appears here. And how do they do that? They get verified either through Facebook, the official Facebook page, or from the Search Console from the [00:01:00] official site that Google has recognized.

In fact, it’s even recognized the page that represents this entity, the film, How to Train Your Dragon.

That’s absolutely delightful. Thank you very much.
