Hi and welcome. Today, I’m gonna be looking at the Brand SERP for Coffee Circle in New York, a Brand SERP that gave me an unexpected insight into a technical SEO issue for Circle Products GmbH, a German company.
Now, what did I find out here, is we have the domain name, Coffee Circle. And if we scroll down a little bit, we’ll see here that it’s in German. We’re in New York, in English, on Google. Google thinks we’re looking for a coffee or maybe this company, but it’s showing me results in German. Now that means they have some kind of problem with their hreflang or maybe the language choice they’re giving users when they arrive on the site. So, a Brand SERP can give you a astonishing insights into the more fundamental issues with your SEO.
