Your Brand SERP is the reflection of your business digital reputation. As a business in the 21st century, one of your top goals has to be getting great online feedback and 5-star reviews from your clients. eBridge Connections have great reviews on Google My Business, but clearly visible to their audience in the left rail of the Brand SERP, the customer reviews on other platforms are terrible. Hi, I’m Jason Barnard, the Brand SERP Guy. And today I’m looking at the Brand SERP for eBridge Connections. It looks pretty good over here on the right. We have the Google My Business, 47 reviews looking pretty good. They have that site ranking number one with the super-duper rich site links. We have some decent reviews here although less than three.
Maybe they’re not looking as good as they could, but as we go down, things get worse and worse. eBridge Connections really should take a good look in the mirror, ask themselves why are they getting these bad reviews? What can they do to improve them? And what can they potentially do to push up some results on page two that might replace those bad reviews and make this Brand SERP look slightly less bad as their audience scroll down and dig deeper into quite what the world thinks about eBridge Connections.
